In addition to 30% rakeback from littewoods Euro 2008 provides them with a golden opportunity to get in some serious poker whilst not missing out on a single match. Being footy and poker loving guys, they have initiated their own version of the ‘beautiful game’ by having a poker leaderboard competition, complete with group stages, quarter finals, semis and a final which, should you emerge successful, could see you winging your way to the Caribbean Poker Classic in the autumn.
Littloods ‘Beautiful Poker Game’ gives you the chance to play your way to a Live Final Table event to test your skills, face to face, against 9 other players to pocket yourself a $5,000 CPC Package!
The Group Stages
To be eligible for the group stages you needed to have played a real money cash game or tournament between 1st May and the 5th June. On the 6th June players were placed, at random, into one of 4 groups - Spades, Clubs, Hearts and Diamonds.
It’s time to start playing! The more you play, the more My Poker Points (MPPs) you earn and the more MPPs you earn the higher in your group you’ll be!
Reaching the ‘Quarter Finals’
Based on the MPPs earned between 7th - 18th June, we’ve placed the top 50 MPP earners from each Group into the ‘Quarter Finals’ where they’ve been randomly placed into one of 4 different groups.
Next stage - the ‘Semi-Finals’
At the end of the ‘Quarter Finals’ on the 25th June, based on MPPs earned between 7th - 24th June, the top 20 MPP earners from the Spades and Clubs groups will be placed into Semi Final Group A and the top 20 MPP earners from the Hearts and Diamonds groups will be placed into Semi Final Group B.
You’re almost there…
The competition now hots up with 4 days to boost your MPPs and gain a top 5 position in your ‘Semi Final’ Group. On the 30th June, the top 5 MPP earners in each SF Group, based on MPPs earned between 7th - 29th June will be announced as the Final Table.
The Live Final Table Event
The winning players get to play at a Live Final Table Event in London on the 9th August where you’ll meet your fellow players and compete for a $5,000 Caribbean Poker Classic package!
